My dog - Apollo - went suddenly blind over the weekend. Our regular veterinarian referred us to another ophthalmologist, however first appt available was late July. Googled this place and called. Initially, their first available appointment was 2 days out, however based on the current symptoms, they instructed me to bring him in and they will fit me in. Apollo was diagnosed with optic neuritis, Dr. Gwin felt Apollo's eyesight will fully recover to the left eye, 50/50 on the right eye. Oral medications were prescribed, so now we watch and wait.
